11-12-2024I really liked this unit despite being uncomfortable on your nose.I saw that on other reviews and thought how bad could it really be?!?I don't know if it is the plastic nose piece or the weight of the mask but it is bothersome.That being said, I had established my consistent skincare regimen and never wanted to skipped and looked forward to it.My thinking is the long-term payout is better than the short term discomfort. Love and specifically purchased for the additional neck light.With my simple skincare routine I do feel like I was seeing benefits.And then it died. ?I have never been more sad and it isn't because of the price point but not being able to use it and stay consistent.Before writing this review I did search for a place to contact seller but couldn't find a link or email address.My preference is to get a replacement but only have until February 2nd for a return.I will update review once I see if I hear from the seller or I get a replacementUpdate: I did reach out to the company on the email that was provided on the documentation in the package.They have been very polite, very understanding and are sending me a replacement control box.The seller is amazing and I have no doubt that if the control box or device malfunctions again they will take care of the situation.I am anxious to receive the control box to resume my consistent skincare regimen.Using the device has become a habit that includes makeup removal and following up with serums and night creams that have truly made a difference.

11-12-2024I have been using this mask for 3 weeks. I was originally using blue light due to my acne. After a week, I started noticing my acne going away. So I started using the red and purple light. Here are my pros and cons:Pros:- It seems to work especially with my acne. My face becomes smoother and soft too.- multiple lights so you can use whatever light you think best fits for you for certain days- I can use it even though I am not near to an outlet. Remote needs to be charged first if you do not want to be tethered to the wall with it.- battery seems to last for an average of 1.5 - 2 hours (so like 3 to 8 uses)- packaging is good. I kept the box and it help kept the mask secure- comes with neck piece- Mask seems durable- it comes with a decent size (15ml) hyaluronic acid serumCons:- Pricey- You cannot detach neck piece from face mask- A little bit heavy but I got used to it- Even though it comes with like an ear handle to hold the face mask when you are upright, it still falling off my face and uncomfortable to have it on while walking around the house. Best to use it lying down.- leaves some mark on nose bridge. To avoid this, I just simply put round cotton used for make up remover on the mask(nose bridge part).

11-12-2024The design of the mask is awesome! I have been using it for 1 month. There is a noticeable smoothness to the skin on my face. Also, I have used the red light for 5 minutes on my hands by putting my hands under the mask which is sitting on my counter. So I get up, wash my face & lay back down 10 minutes with red. I was having an unusual breakout on my face as it has been 20 years with just an occasional pimple. So I added 5 minutes on blue. Amazingly, it started healing immediately and within a week all blemishes were gone!!!I do need to mention I am 72 years old. Exercise regularly & am just in the last few years getting tiny wrinkles & some gray hair.No aging gracefully for me! I am going down fighting. And Project E mask is my new weapon!!Lastly, spend the extra $ to get the rechargeable model. You can take it any where & the charge lasts at least 4 daysMy only concern is that it is heavy on my nose so I lay down & support the weight with my hands. Sorry this is soooo long :))
